In-stock items ship the same or next business day and backorder items ship when received. RETURNS All returns must be pre-authorized by Ion Power, and will be accepted for un-opened inner packaging. Returned MEAs and cut membranes are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%. Freight costs are not refundable.
